Where To Buy Front License Plate Holder....(not stealer, or Winston)

I need a license plate holder the goes onto my front bumper. I already have holes drilled but would prefer something that straps on instead of using screws. I don't like Winston's product very much, and honestly I'm looking to spend as little money as possible. Called the dealer, and for $132 they have one. Yes that's right, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS for a f*cking piece of plastic that screws onto the bumper. they're out of their minds....

where can I get one ASAP? Preferably one that actually fits our bumper. Autozone probably has one, but I don't want to scratch the paint underneath if at all possible.

half of the dealer's price is $61...i can't justify paying that much considering what it is. velcro is an idea, but with so much snow and whatnot in the winter i'd be scared it would fall off in 10 degree weather with a foot of fresh snow.
