I have decided to go with BT but not sure when. I wanto to do it right. But until then, I am going stg2 for now.

When I called my Revo Dealer in SF he told me that they charged $100 for the new programming and an hour of shop time to install. I was kinda shocked that they are going to charge me about 250 to do this simple program switch. Is this correct?

skip them... go to another REVO dealer or something... too much $$$ for a simple file.. I belive about ~$50 it's fair, but 250 is just too much.

    Re: Revo Question

It should only cost $50 to upgrade programs. I called REVO before I went in for the reflash and that's what they told me. The shop seemed kinda hesitant but when I told them I called REVO and that's what they said then they obliged.

sorry, I totally forgot about that... I think they charge you about ~200 for the upgrade from Stg 1/2 to Stg3. I'm not really 100% sure because I'm buying just the Stg 3 from them directly.

    Re: Revo Question

well they stated it was $100 to upgrade and then an hour of shop time to tune and *dial* in.

shop rate stated was about 120 hr +tax.

    = 250ish.

I just did some research is it $50 to upgrade the revo tune?
