    Re: Break rusting problem.

    .....................................

    WOW....................................

1, pretty much all OEM brake rotors (FROM EVERY CAR MANUFACTURER OUT THERE: Honda/Audi/BMW/everyone) are made of iron- which oxidizes easily. This doesn't affect performance or wear...if anything your car would probably brake better with rust on the surface of your rotors...until you step on your brake pedal once- which takes it all off anyways
2, Your brakes may squeak usually because of foreign debris caught in your brake pad/rotor. The solution to this is to either let it go away naturally when your pads are worn down enough or stomp on your brakes very hard while in motion to hopefully wear the foreign material out of pad(s). Our OEM brakes may squeak for another reason: this may happen could be because of the compound that the brake pad material is made out of (a metallic compound).
3, Another solution is to change your brake rotors into ones that are coated over (with paint or some other anti-oxidant material) to prevent metal on the center of the rotors or in the vents to rust. Or replace your rotors with something are non-metallic (ceramic-carbon composite, carbon, etc).
4, What is wrong with you? Or I should probably ask how old are you? Because you definitely don't sound like you know much at all.
