Post sound clip if possible. I am interested in both the AWE and GHL catback exhaust as well. I want to hear what the AWE sounds like besides what they have on their website. Thanks!

Re: looking for someone in socal with an AWE cat back exhaust and GHL cat back!

We did some exhaust comparisons earlier since we offer both!

The AWE is definitely going to be a quieter system than the GHL. GHL is pretty loud, and probably fits right between the APR sport and APR stealth in terms of volume. The AWE while quieter, does have more burble to the sound which some people dislike. It's pretty clear in the videos on AWE's site. The GHL and APR systems are deeper and throatier, but are louder.

Happened to have the ability to do some side by side comparisons between the AWE and APR Stealth exhausts. Figured we'd post up some findings. Both are great systems, fit and look fantastic. Each has a unique sound and great for daily driving. Sorry no dyno results!

    Weights -
    Stock A3
    Downpipe - 20.35
    Rear Muffler - 36.95

    Rear muffler - 11.40
    Center Resonator - 10.50
    DP + Metal Cat - 11.00
    Clamps - 2.30
    Total - 40.30lbs

    APR Stealth Exhaust
    Rear muffler + clamps - 15.60
    Middle Muffler - 19.10
    Center with Cat - 10.05
    Downpipe - 6.95
