Car is running on on Jackstands about 20 mph-

The tranny is just put into the car - was never in before.. it is a 6 speed with a center diff. Clutch is CM - twin disk.

First, second, third goes into gear fine and smooth driving (up in the air).

Reverse, 4th, 5th and 6th go into gear but grinding noises and kinda rides the stick - wanting to kick it out but doesn't ..

I believe it is aligned properly, because it find all the gears.

    Any ideas ?
    Linkage ? Tranny ? Diffs ?

Maybe you just have to drive it, you need to put load on the motor when sealing the rings btw
