I have spoken several times to reps of REVO and i have been told 7-4-9 or 7-4-8 here in Miami, Florida...

Please, somebody verify, these setting are very far off from each other.

I just find is strange because on the SPS guide it states if you are running 91 octane gas use time 1-3 and if you are using 93 to use between 4-6. Just a bit confused if i should have a different timing number because of the fuel I'm putting in. My default is 6-2-9 but my installer put in 6-3-7.

That is fine, you know that logs don't lie and timing 4 is perfect even on 90 degree plus heat.

I ran timing 8 with meth the first summer I got it and the logs always said no timing pull, so as they do when is off and I run 4.

Now fueling it tends to depend on the car.

For a car that only has the essentials for stage II Boost 7 Fuel 8-9 and timing 4 ( On 93 ) should work really well.

i'm running on 91 octane, stage 1 Revo - no other performance mods outside of the chip - AWE exhaust coming soon

although it does not spell it out, there is an advanced user guide for the revo switch online in pdf form. from reading it and talking with the shop guys, here are some common settings
6-2-9 (factory tune, optimized for 91 octane)
7-3(or 4)-9 (aggressive tune, optimized for 93 octane)
8-5-9 (Stage II but some get fuel cuts and some say its too aggressive)
any higher boost (9) is probably only for a bigger turbo and any higher timing is probably only for race gas or water/meth
