A good place to buy axles?

One of my CV joints on the left side is bad so I think I'm just going to replace the front axles while I'm at it. The car has 100k on it anyway so I'm sure they could use it. Anyone know of a good place to get them besides raxles.com?

Any reason why you don't want to use Raxles? Marty is a great guy.

Typically speaking, you get what you pay for.

    That's what I hear, too!

I've got them available, and can ship out same, or next day, depending on Auto or Manual Trans

Raxles are really good. I got mine through there and had no problems whatsoever.

True, but since I could probably do one is less than a half hour now, I can buy a second one if the first fails and still be less than raxles.

Are OEM audi 100 axles really $40 each? Are they direct plug and play? I know the OZZ killer uses them, but not sure if they're a direct swap.

Re: A good place to buy axles?

Whats the max whp on each diff brand of axles? I'm sure there is a variance of some sort...whether time or power makes axles go bad is one thing I'm unsure of. Could someone enlighten?

Re: A good place to buy axles?

Our Axles are brand new manufactured by EMPI, one of the oldest names in the Audi/VW parts business.
They use 100% new components, not rebuilt, not remanufactured like others.
We've been selling these axles for years and stand by their quality.
