FS: 2005.5 A4 2.0T Quattro 6-speed

I'm selling my 2005.5 A4 2.0T Quattro 6-speed.
it has 35,050 miles atm
im the first owner of the car
I live in LA at the 626 area and i go to UCSD for university so buyer near those 2 places are very welcomed.
I change oil with royal purple 10w40 only every 3,000 miles, and the car only drank shell V-power before.
the car came with the following packages:
1.premium package
2.sports package (was offered in 2005.5)
3.cold weather package

i prefer to sell this car with all the mods instead of part it out, but im open to opinions as im just starting the process.

mods:
1. APR 91 stage 1, stock, lock
2. Tein Basic Streets c/o
3. Forge 2.0T DV
4. Carbonio Intake
5. RS4 Swaybar
6. ESC Stage Brake upgrade (line, pads, fluids)
7. O.Z. Ultraleggera 17'' (wrapped with bridgestone all season, extreme performance)
8. AVIC D3 navigation unit
9. Bi-xenon stock HID retrofit

im asking for 27,500 dollars for this car with these mods loaded (and also all the stock parts, i have saved all my stock parts for all the mods i have done to the car for easy swap back),
OR I will part out and sell the stock car at 22,500 dollars

im looking for 23,000 dollars for now, i mean its alot of trouble to take off the mods and put stock parts on... so i prefer to avoid it. but if someone offer me 23,000 then i will put everything back on ( besides the chip and the forge DV) i dont have the stock part for the DV anymore (they break like mofo anyways), and u automatically get the chip
