New to Forum and a question off the bat.

Hello all,

I am new to this forum. I look forward to learning and sharing a lot with you guys.

I own a mugello blue Rs4 which I purchased in july 06. Pics will follow as soon as I can get them up. I live in the northeast and maybe some of us can meet up one day for some fun.

However, my question is about a mod I am thinking of doing to my Rs4. I know this has been a previous topic but I would like to inquire about the S6 LED lights. Please share any info possible. If anyone has done it out east please share the place that did this mod. I would love to get this done to my car. I believe it would set her off even more.

ah! most beautiful color IMO. The s6 LED mod requires a good shop since you have to cut into the bumper a bit. The S6 foglight grille area is slightly wider than teh rs4/s4 so the bumper has to be cut a little wider to fit them in. As far as I know no one has made a kit yet. There are a couple threads on the process I think, give it a search. Welcome to the forum

I agree with you that it is the best color for the rs4. When the car is detailed she looks like a million dollars. I cant tell you how breathtaking it was when I first saw a picture of it from the dealer. I immediately knew I was going to buy it. Supposedly it was the second rs4 in the US, I dont know about that but it had to be close as I called all up and down the east coast and noone could have it till months after.

At any rate, its a phenomenal car but i really like these LED's. I have read up on those threads but they seem to have lost their momentum. Hopefully someone will step up to the plate and do it. From the interest it looks like it will be worth their time.
How do you like your s4? Have you done any work to it?

just wheels. i keep it simple and driveable. my friends have modded cars and they drive awesome and all, but i'm definitely happy with my ride :)

if you want to do the LEDs you are going to need to be competent with bodywork, or have a shop that is. one wrong cut and you will be pissssed. they do look hot though! with there s4, you will have a little more room to work, since you have wider fog grills.

i'm actually kind of glad nobody has made a kit yet. what fun would it be if everybody was running around with these lights :) i have a b6 and should be finishing up with my mod sometime this week (hopefully).
