Thanks to all that came today! I had a blast and was honored to be lead car

As far as sedans being there, I think there were several "crasher" threads and I don't think any of us Avants were offended by their attendance.

In fact, I enjoyed watching one B5 S4 take on a GT40!! But that's another story...

Looking forward to those final pics Michgo and I'd really like to see the vids Gotaudi no matter how poor

Thanks to everyone who showed today - especially you B5 Sedan guys. We were glad to have you. It was really good meeting everyone.

We had a lot more Avants that met up at the Rose Bowl than actually went on the run Anthony. On the run itself, we had eigh Avants and the two B5 sedans. I think we'll have to do this again sometime. It worked out pretty well. Other than motorhomes, Jeeps, and Prius' in the way a bunch, it was a great time.

Looking forward to seeing the rest of michgo's pics. He was the mad-camera man.

Yeah it was a Ford GT red/white and it came up right after merging on the freeway. (In Mexico of course) Did a pull from ~50-120MPH

well might as well submit mine...turned out it was 2 nails with interior tire damage and I am now the proud owner of a PZero...fuuuuck me. luckily the CE28's are fine. I was so looking forward to this. oh well..next time. someone help me with the pic..I'm doing this from my cell. ;(

Haha, thanks.. I have raced an F430 before (on C-16 Race Gas) But I would still trade my S4 for an F430 any day of the week.. That car was sick!

It was nice to meet everyone yesterday. My 25 lb ballast and I had a great time. There were some beautiful avants (and sedans) out there, but more importantly, it was a good group of people. BTW, I think you could make a case for 9 avants on the run since there was an Allroad pulled off at one point. Anyway, I wish I made it out earlier and stayed later. I also felt bad for Mike since the way up was more of a canyon "cruise" than a "run"...hope you had fun with the big boys on the way down

That's Milo (sp?). He brought his son with him - fell asleep while driving up the mountain! Good guy.

Bummer you couldn't make it ewuzh...what're you getting done to the car?
