Car jerking or jumping

I have a 2003 Audi A4 1.8T

When my car sits in idol my car jerks. and rpm jumps down then back up. My Rpm moves only a little bit, but you can feel the car jerk or do a small jump like feel.

You can also feels this jerk while driving.

Any ideas guys???

could be cylinder mis fires, when my coilpack was failing i felt misfires during idle.
