idle/stall problems on 2.8 B5

my car has been acting weird lately, it has 126k and the past 2 times when ive started it up it idles really roughly and then when i hit the gas the rpms just go to 0 and it stalls, also in between shifts before it just randomly stalls the ride is real rough and the rpms go all the way down to 0 between the shifts, once i let it warm up completely though it doesnt have problems, do you think it could be a fuel filter or fuel pump?

i've actually had the same type of problems. my car has been idling really rough lately. idk what the problem is. i have 167k on mine so idk if the high mileage ties into the problem or not

From all the other threads I have been reading, it could be a vacum leak or your MAF needs to be cleaned.
