Pretty sure this is the same exhaust that's on my A4, it came off a wrecked S4 so I'm not 100% sure but it looks the same. Here's a little video clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23E-TE-4D2c

By the way I had to expand my cat pipes to fit the larger S4 pipe size. The turbos might quiet this exhaust down a bit on an S4, but on my a4 it's bordering on obnoxiously loud. Pretty much the best sounding thing ever under acceleration though.

The older S4 guys know that the UUC VM1 is the BEST sounding exhaust made for a B5. UUC hasn't made any model for at last 3years and ones in this condition for very hard to find. $550 is a reasonable offering price. Not sure why no one is jumping on this!

As far as I know, the VM3 has polished pipes and resonator. VM1 only has polished tips. Looks like a VM1 to me.
