What's the problem? I'm guessing the rings don't stick?

they did the first time, but i didnt sand the rings enough so the paint chipped easily and when i took it of to repaint it the glue kinda stayed on the paint of the car, not notice able at all but i can see it if i look very closely and as a car lover it mad me worried to try the same glue hah!

Re: putting the rings back on??

You're just going to have to take the time to cut the tape to the exact width of the rings. There really is no other way...

Just take a sharp razor and start to trim, with the tape on the back of the ring.
