PIC Request: Blacked out HALOGEN housing reflectors

can you black out halogens??? or will it mess up the lighting because of all the relfections??

In Halogens I wouldnt paint the reflectors cause it would totally destroy the lighting...
They are used to spread light all over...
Whereas in Xenons, there is a bulb and not reflectrors...
If I had reflectors, I mean simple halogens I wouldnt go for the mod at all, I would buy other headlights...

actually... i wasn't talking about the actual reflector part of the housing... but the rest of the housing or less... look at how A3's look... i was thinking something in that way...

Again, I wouldnt bother at all with Halogens, I would go for other headlights, aftermarket or OEM...

how do you tape off the insides without messing up the chrome reflection? even painter blue tape will mess up the chrome...???

i think the reflectors are screwed in so you can screw them out when you paint...
