How retarded would that look? Pics? Im ordering tires today and im just going oem size. I was just wondering how the stock sports would look with a stretched tire.

Probably not awful if you spaced them out enough to poke.

The wheel is only 7.5 inches wide, so you would need a VERY narrow tire, which would look silly.

Stretched tires look crappy in my opinion. Unless you really need it for rubbing issues why would anyone get. I would rather have a wheel with the right offset than have to do a stretched set-up. Wider tires look better from the rear anyway.

It would look stupid. The stock wheels aren't wide enough to stretch on. Get stock sizes.

Re: Stretched Tire on Stock Sport Wheels?

its just unsafe. why don't you roll the fenders if you need more width? the offset on stockers are horrible too for "poke".

better off on crappy handling cars like honda's imo.

I think I remember seeing someone widen the stock wheels, then throw some streched rubber on it. I think it was AW

i like the look of wide tires when ur looking at the car from behind, stretching tires on those wheels will make it look like ur running bicycle tires haha....just go with the stock tire size!!
