18" Avus On B6 Blue A4 Plus Need Advice *pics*

SO I HAVE A STOCK BLUE A4 02'. I COULDNT TAKE MY UGLY 15's rims so i caught a nice deal 800 shipped for rims and tires. Now i wanna do a drop, and i am having some mixed reviews, i am on a budget about 700 for the drop. Which combo off springs and shocks would be good?

Also i just ordered a usp lower bumper front with grill inserts and s4 blades from purems.com (which got backordered 2 weeks)

i will also get my lowers painted when i get the front put on and blades put in. Any advice for me to tell my mechanic about the usp front? Also any comments for mods that i should def get would be highly appreciated. Im on a TIP, so i dont even know if a chip would do anything. I have no idea how to do the clear corners on the back or the front, advice on where to bring it would be much appreciated. I am in NYC. I like the drop of Neuspeed Sport Springs, wheel sits flush with the fender, and they can be had for under $200. So that gives you the option of most shocks, I am not too sure as what shocks people are running though.

Chipping Tiptronics does a lot. Much more than you realize and once you do it you will regret not doing it sooner. Read up on which would be best for you and which dealer is closest. I say go with GIAC cause thats what I have but if you're looking at going BT in the future go with REVO. I got mine done at Tyrolsport in Queens right around the Whitestone Bridge area. They are great guys and do a good job so I recommend them for you since you're in the city. Dunno how close you are to Queens though. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

on ebay i see some nuespeed's for cheap. item number 260263713220. are they even authentic? if not where would be a good place to get them. and if i can get them for cheap i was thinking koni shocks b.c a lot of ppl give them good reviews. thanks guys for the quick replies and keep em coming, i really need your help. thanks for your time
