Subwoofer in place of stock CD changer?

Has anyone done this? I removed my stock CD changer from the trunk with the metal cage and now have a nice space for a subwoofer. I have seen it done before but would like to know how to go about doing it? I am an avid fiberglasser and can definitely make my own box, but I would like to see some pics first of your setups to get some ideas.

I am gonna tackle this next week after WF. Anyone in northern NJ wanna help me out? I'm an amateur fiberglasser. I will be picking up a sub on Monday, most likely a W3V2. I should also mention my trunk is already wired up, I pulled up the carpet and found a bunch of JL wires underneath!
