Quick Question

I just got my driver's license and my parents bought me a 2004 1.8T, and I was looking into buying some 19" wheels, and was wondering if there was any way I could get money for my old wheels. Any way besides Ebay.
They are the stock 17" 5 spoke wheels.

If anyone is interested I will give further details and photos, but right now I was curious about what I could do. Thanks

I know I am grateful to have that as my first car, my dad has always loved Audi's which is probably why I wanted one so bad. He just bought a brand new RS4, and he won't let me drive it. Thank you for the suggestions, I will talk to my dad about the wheels tomorrow.

Definitely man. Drop first, then rims. I know it seems stupid but I threw 19s on my C-class without dropping it and... well ugh is all I can say. Congrats on the car, my first car was an $800 Oldsmobile Aurora with about ~200K on it haha. Have fun modding.

welcome to the forums. if you really want 19"s you would do better dropping it first.
your wheels are prob worth between 300-400 depending on the condition.

and while i am jealous like many of the other guys here lets please not turn this into ANOTHER 'youre so spoiled and lucky you got your car paid for' thread. we all know we wouldnt turn down a free a4

Yeah I am 17 and also got an Audi. But from my experience, get coilovers first. If you get rims everyone will make fun of you like me... Because I've spent all my money on rims and other things this is what your car will look like. Maybe even worse with 19's. (I have 18's)

Nice.. you even have pre-painted lowers.. good stuff.. I would agree with the guys on saving for some sport suspension, springs and struts, or coil overs.. but it is you car man. If you decide to sell the wheels for loot for a new set I hope you have some jack stands... enjoy the ride..and read the DIY and FAQ section at the top, tons of helpful info that will save you from getting flamed

That was one of the things I wanted was the pre-painted lowers because I think it looks way better. It was kind of hard to find one though, but I will talk to my dad about this, obviously selling my older wheels would help with the money. Thank you all for the suggestions.
