Get this.

I dropped my car off at McDonald audi off broadway for it's normal service. They said it would only take a few hours which it took all day. Finally they call me to tell me my car was ready. Well on my way over I get another call from them telling me that one of the hoses they use in the Garage hit my car and I need my whole fender replaced (of course they were taking care of the costs)... THis left me without my car for four days which I was told would only take two. Im so mad

I finally found a Black S-line that had the options that I wanted, even though I told the salesman I wanted an Ocean Blue or Silver and test drove it. Finally, when we go to sit down and talk the numbers, the sales guy was sitting there talking about someone my age shouldn't be driving such a nice car, and basically lost my business right there. Went down to Prestige, and ended up buying a car there.

Yeah the guy that sold me my car was all into helping me talk my dad into it. At least you didnt buy through him. Their service department has alot of issues as well.

They wouldnt even talk to me when I was looking at the S5 with honest interest in trading in my car and getting it. Even waved to the guys and nobody came over

Avoid McDonald! My sister had her S4 backed into and they tried to have my sister claim it under her insurance. They finally paid for it after multiple letters to AoA, BBB, and threats of lawsuits. They have dropped an Allroad and an a6 off a lift....

Yeah they are terrible I bought my car certified and had to put 1K into it shortly after.

Its impossible to avoid them because my car is under warranty I have to bring it there for most of my problems

Call Audi USA and make a complaint. While the dealership is covering the warranty, they still must report to A-USA on issues with your vehicle. It could either light a fire on their ass or you may be able to get the warranty transferred based on your complaints of their workmanship. Have documented issues of whats going on and issues that you have had with dates, times, and invoice numbers to help better your case.

You don't have to take the car to McDonald for the factory warranty. You can still shoot it across town to Prestige. They have a much better department, and you'll probably be much happier

I'll make sure to stay away from that place. I've only been to Stammler Audi in Boulder to buy a few parts, but car salesmen in general have to do a lot to earn my respect. Once you reach the point in you life where you know more than the salesman they're even more worthless(but it's funny when they spew some bs fact and you can laugh in your head knowing it's a lie).

As a tech at mcdonald i will say that as far as i know there has only been one vehicle dropped off a lift. This is no reason to dismiss a whole service department when it is not the entire service department that dropped a car. plus that was years ago.

As a employee of the company im not going to hype it up but it has gone through some major changes since new management has entered and things are much better than they were. Audis are expensive and troublesome to maintain but regular maintenance is what is key to a happy audi!

no matter where you go after having been in this business for 10 years now you will hear stories about dealerships but people have got to stop bitching about the whole dealer when the have a bad experience because there are good people at the store! though you may have a bad experience Next time use a different person and you may have a fantastic experience!
