Carbon Fiber Side Mirror Caps?

Does anyone make them? Also pics/thoughts on a Black car. I think they might look good, but thats only in my head. What about that guy who makes the engine covers? Can you do this? PLEASE

I would be the guy your looking for. Besides the engine covers and misc parts, I have done the CF mirrors on mine but I believe my mirrors are bigger than the S4. I have a guy with an S4 that I will be working with here the coming week. The only thing is, I would need to use his mirrors to make a mold and I don't know if he would part with them for a few days while I make the mold. I haven't met the guy yet but he wants to pull parts off his car to start making them carbon fiber. If he decides that he can but if that doesn't work I'll have to figure something else out with you. Let me know.

das uber expensive. not sure of the current conversion rates, but that's like $550 plus some outrageous shipping cost i'm sure. not worth it IMO...

if you are referring to "my gallery images",those are not my car. my car is silver (just like 80% of S4s out there).

i wouldnt call a carbon fiber hood rice either...its a heavy part that needs to be changed.

also the cf mirrors would be not for weight loss, itd clearly be for looks

2 tone CF hoods DO look gross...most of the time. the one in my gallery looks gross. but take a Vorsteiner hood,put it on an e46 m3 and paint everything except the vents in the hood,and it looks phenomenal.

yes CF hoods are good for weight reduction,but if you have a yellow car,you look like a bumblebee,white car,you look like a panda bear. so painted CF looks/works good for the s4. although on a black car it looks ok unpainted.

i was only saying the mirrors are rice to bust balls,i really dont care what you put on YOUR car,its yours,do what you wanna do. im just saying if im gonna spend that kind of money it better do something other than look pretty.

the MB black edition CF parts are A. factory and B. functional... most of the stuff you see on our cars is, imho, rice at least looks-wise, not arguing about the weight reduction. i do like those mirrors though on the german ebay site but that would be an insane expenditure.

Sadly they are in Berlin, Germany, so probably a little far for you guys to ship from, cost me just over £300 delivered for the lot, so about $600! They are top quality items though, and I love em!

I have them on my car and I like them a lot. Mine came with the car though so I am not sure where the original owner picked them up. Just find a pic of a S4 that has the sport package that has them on there from the factory, they look exactly the same.
