BaD window regulator? Where to Find/cost?

Ok My drivers door regulator went out. It was making a grinding noise up and down then just stopped. I managed to get it closed. Shop wanted 190.00 Just in labor. I havent been able to locate the regulator only for the B5's.

Anyone have a site and cost for replacement? Is it pretty simple enough for me to do at home?

    Tks,

    JP

    http://www.genuineaudiparts.com

$100 for the regulator, 2 hours to do yourself the first time, 30-45 min each time thereafter. Hardest part to do is figure out where all the bolts that need to be removed are located, after you figure that out it is really a cake job.
