Anyone Cruisin To Waterfest Saturday Morning From CT?

Like the title says. I just found out that I can go to Waterfest for the day on saturday morning now. Anyone else going down from CT on Saturday morning that would want to meet up?

Hey man. Me and my brother are leaving in my car from Cromwell around 9:30am. Meeting a friend of mine in another B5 1.8T in Madison (prob around 10am). Dont know if thats anywhere near you, but Im trying to do the same thing. Just put a post on Audiworld trying to get a little group together. We can all meet at a central place, where are you at?

That would be cool. I'm in wethersfield. If your meeting your friend in madison then I'm guessing your taking route 9? I could meet you near the Dairy Queen Right near the on ramp to route 9 and route 3.

Unfortunately it's just me. I just got my car about a month ago so I don't know too many people in the audi scene around here yet. I did hear about one cruise with a bunch of cars that's leaving from a mobile station on route 15 in new caanan, but they're leaving at 9ish I think and I'm pretty sure it's gonna be all vw's since the thread was on vortex.

I want to try to go into the city on rt 15/merit pkwy. 95 sucks. We are prob gonna do 95 for a little bit because Hammonasett is right on it, but i guess its not far from 15 either. I dont go down to southern CT a whole lot. So maybe we will see them, but thats a bit early when they dont even open the doors til noon. Just a heads up, me and my buddy are gonna pay the extra 10 bucks and park in the exhibition area. That way u can leave stuff in your car and go get it or drop stuff off. Plus, never enough Audis inside, even though my looks pretty beat. haha

Why so early? Gates dont open til noon. Took me less than 3 hours last time I went, and we were just cruising.

can you pay the $10 at waterfest or did you have to preregister. I would have, but I only just found out that I was able to go. If I can pay there, I'll definately pay the extra $10

were all meeting up @ the JC Penny parking lot right outside WF @ 9. This way all of AZ can park together.

I may see you guys or I may not. I'm heading down to NJ for other reasons (not going to WF) and am leaving sometime around 7 or 8am tomorrow. I will most likely head down the Merritt to 287 to either the GSP or just take 287 all the way down.

Too late to register online. You can just pay the extra 10 bucks at the gate. Still $15 to get in so $25 total.

that's what I thought. I'm definately going to park in the exhibition area with you guys. I think I did see that the gates were open at 11. I forget where though. It might be cool to park with the rest of audizine, but it's a little early. Either way, I'm just glad I'm going. I just got my car and never even heard of waterfest until about a month ago.
