Cost for 40K Mile Service??

I know, I know...you only have 40K miles on your car?? Wow!

Yes I'm due for the 40K mile service. How much labor is involved in this? I've yet to get a quote from the dealer or the other local german shops.

Also, I see the ECS Tuning has a 40K Service Kit. Do most shops allow you to bring in your own gear and just pay them for the labor? I'd do it myself, but don't have the time or the tools.

Just take it to an Independent shop that does Volkswagen and Audi..
Don't take it to the stealership

What does the book call for?

Is that new filters, and such?

I believe it involves:

* Oil and Filter Change
* Fuel Filter Change
* Air Filter Change
* Spark Plug Change
* Cabin Filter Change

I think that is all-not having my manual in front of me.
