Just so you know we have them back in stock. We ran out about 3 weeks ago and just got the latest batch completed.

All our other products are in stock as well.

Introducing the JHM "Solid" Linkage Upgrade for the B5 S4.

    Stock Vs. JHM Disassembled

    Stock Vs. JHM Assembled

    Stock Vs. JHM Fully Assembled

This is the final piece in the trio of upgrades for the shifting of a B5 S4. We are already selling "solid" shifters and "solid" stabilizer bushings. This will now complete all the possible upgrades to make your B5 S4 shift with maximum efficiency with the most amount of feedback and feel possible. It works with any stock or aftermarket shifter, for best results our shifter and stabilizer bushing is recommended.

The cost on this unit will be $189.99. I did all I could to get prices down. It was just difficult since we had to purchase an OEM piece to modify for each llinkage, $80 retail for this piece alone. All in all I have just under $100 tied up into the hardware for for each peice, NOT counting the modifications we make to the bearing and the OEM part and the parts we make for this kit to work. However due to popular demand and numerous requests here it is.

    BUY IT HERE ->http://www.shop.jhmotorsports.com/pr...0&productId=70

For all you B6 and B7 6-speed owners, I will be looking into the changes I will have to make to get this to fit your cars in time. I am currently verifying the stabilizer bushing fitment on other models.

I have considered that since day one.

Paperwork nightmare to keep track of cores and i would only be able to give $30 tops. Many people wouldn't bother sending it back due to shipping costs.

I buy 50 at a time so I get a good price. Maybe once the supply gets low on them I will make it an option.

Re: JHM "solid" linkage upgrades back in stock

Jason, I was PM'ing you a couple of weeks ago, with respect to my install. After taking the assembly out again, and grinding down more of the edges, I can now engage the gears. One issue, everything is "shifted" over one gate.

As an example, reverse is where 1st should be. First is where 3rd should be. And I can't get 5th or 6th.

The only thing I can think of, is I also installed your upgraded shift rod bushing. Is it possible the wrong one would cause my issue? I know when I ordered the solid shifter, I ordered the early style. And, therefore, ordered the early style bushing. But, when I did the disassembly, I didn't have the three washers like you had in the video. I just had the one "locking" type. And I'm not 100% sure if I put the "fat" portion of the bushing towards the transmission.

I've racking my brain on what I could have done wrong. If you have any other suggestions, please give me a call at your conveniance. My name is John, and my number is 520-250-5071

    Thanks

Simple, Sounds like you just have the shifter adjusted too far to the right. Readjust it. Do you have my shifter??

Just called you and left you a message.

I only do this for problematic owners. I have found that it usually the loose nut behind the wheel that causes most problems. Hence all the crap I have broken over the years. Sorry.
