Wait... so you want staggered but you don't know what the purpose of it is? Ill just explain it in simple terms. Front and rear fitment are different in width or offset. Most people on this board look to run staggered in the rear which meaning it has different offset or is wider. I see many forums members look to run 9"-9.5" rears. Here at VMR Wheels, we dont offer staggered fitments but we do offer 8.5" all around with a nice flush offset of +35.

HAHAHA Yes! Another one of these threads!

Yes you can run staggered on Quattro but here are some of the side effects:
    1, More understeer
    2, Imminent drivetrain failure
3, Does not get you more booty

these threads are like beating a dead horse.

    1. not everyone does autox or requires high cornering performance. Depending on driving style, slightly more understeer may be acceptable.
    2. do you have any documented proof of this? As far as i'm aware, its okay as long as you have a properly matched tire setup.

    1. It is beating a dead horse, I've seen this topic discussed in many various forums (JDM and Euro alike) for more than half a decade now. I have never seen an instance where people wanted more understeer to come from their FF/AWD car... Must be some interesting people that you know?
    2. There was one just a few weeks ago right here on Audizine: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=225189 Otherwise you can just google it and see many instances where even "properly setup" staggered wheels on AWD drivetains have resulted in destroyed center diffs (even with less than a 2% ratio)
    3. Indeed, as a matter of fact you attract more attention from males than anything else

    Re: staggered or no ??

Where exactly did i say people wanted more understeer?

i'm not gonna argue with you ... there are enough threads with you vs. multiple people on the board about this.
