My recomendation is for you to find the car with the specs you want regardless of what dealer it comes from. By doing so you will be able to leverage the advantages that competition between dealers can generate. I have purchased cars that came from your area and I live in Phoenix. Twice they have sent the car to me with no freight charges...
Penske for example has a network of dealers throughout the Southwest and they send and bring cars back and forth. In the worst case scenario you could take a weekend drive just to pick up your car and have a chance to really drive it... IMHO
