    is this supposed to plug completely flush? I couldn't push it in any further, and I got a "click" when i got it this far.

    can't really see the gap in the photo, a "snap" is bad, you might have broken the part that slides into the turbo inlet pipe, pull the N75 back out and make sure it's all still intact, you don't want to be sucking up part of it in your turbo unless you have money to throw away. all it comes down to is if the valve is not popping out then your ok. it's not rocket science, plug it in, tighten it down and check it after a day, if it's still on your all set.
