caractere front bumper help!!!

i brought my car in to get a carctere front bumper painted and put on and the guys telling me it wont fit because the metal reinfursement beam isnt fitting in the bumper, has any one had this problem or have any advice to make it fit?

I believe you need the Euro rebar in the front for that bumper.

or cut the rebar

or cut the bumper, like I did with my S4 front. Unfortunately, I screwed up the paint by hitting the plastic hard enough on the inside of the bumper with the saw that I chipped the paint on the outside. Now I have to get that fixed, along with the paint on the tow hook cover, which just chipped right off.

theres a little piece that the oem bumper doesnt have so they are going to cut that off to try to make the rebar sit correctly
where would you get a euro rebar from and how much?
