Hey all...I just got a CPO b7 a4 back in jan. I bought it with 27k miles. Right now, I am going on 31k. When I bought the car, I also got the audi care plan...so my first scheduled service, according to the dealer is at 35k and every 10k after that.

But how often do you guys recommend changing the oil. I was told to keep checking the oil level at every 1000 miles, but as far as putting new oil in, what do you guys think? Do I wait for service at 35k or go for it now. It seems like my car is drinking up gas quicker than it had been when I just got the car. It just has been going through my mind...maybe it seems a little ignorant lol. Thanks for the help.

Changing oil every 5k is recommended. AudiCare is every 10k, so you're on the hook for the ones in between.

The brake noise/squeal while coming to a stop is unfortunately common - I didnt have to check your thread, but I can guess thats what you're describing.

I change mine every 5K without fail. I refuse to follow Audi's recommended plan, especially for a turbo engine.
