You'll have to upgrade to a K04 flash. APR has one, so after you get the turbo installed go to your APR dealer and get flashed for K04. :)

    Re: apr stage 1+ flash

i originally went from 1+ to the stage 2 (k04 file). cost me $200 for the "upgrade" flash.

If you are ever thinking about going any bigger then the K04 then drop ARP and go REVO. better company & better product, not to mention my REVO dealer doesn't charge labor for the flash, they even offered to install the injectors i brought with me for free (although i arrived early and installed them myself). thats my opinion anyway.

wow, thats nice service, my APR dealer wanted $100 to install injectors. i had a argument with them that its a simple 15 minute job, they said nope, an hour. so F it, i just did it myself

    Re: apr stage 1+ flash

yeah, the apr dealer did the same to me but that was back when i just got the car and didn't know much. oil, plugs, and break pads where as far as i would ever think of going. now i don't think twice about ripping it right apart and pulling the turbo and the timing belt was cake, damn i'm even thinking about doing a level10 valve body and tq converter on my tiptronic transmission myself.

the apr stage 1+ tune itself wasn't all bad but if i could do it again it would be REVO hands down from the beginning.
