    What's a fair price for my B7 A4?

    2005.5

It has the factory RNS-E navigation, oem sport suspension, Xenons, Quattro 2.0T, 50k miles, black leather interior in perfect condition, sunroof, very good condition OEM tires (less than 5k miles), new front interior trim, clean carfax/autocheck, also a bundled set of RS4 replicas. I added a lip, chrome mirrors, and the front headlight film and the license plate holder replacement. Gets about 31 mpg highway.

It also has a very good engine health report from Blackstone Oil testing labs.

I'm in Socal and I was hoping to get ~19k for it, is that an absurd price and if so, what's a good asking price?

that sounds reasonable. My 02 is probably worth 10k with about 7k in mods LOLOL. These things depreciate like mad now. I don't remember the b5 prices dropping like this. Depressing as hell. I didn't buy my car as an investment but now it's not even worth selling. May as well mod the shit out of it and drive it like it's stolen.

It's not new to me but feel like I should just keep the car instead of selling it.

uhm, if you have your eyes on a new car, sell it now since a few more months your car's value will be down to the $15-16ish and by early next years, it will be even lower.

    Re: What's a fair price for my B7 A4?

With all this crappy resale talk, are there any people in here who've driven an Audi into the ground? I've honestly heard mixed stories on the long-term reliability of Audis, and like its hit or miss basically. I am hoping, since I bought my car used for a decent price, that I can just drive it in to the ground as opposed to trying to sell it in a year or two. However, if it starts to become a maintenance headache, I may have to change my tune.

there are many b6 guys that have 02s well over 100k with minimal wear and tear stuff. The b6 and b7 share many parts so.....

    Re: What's a fair price for my B7 A4?

$19k is a bit on the cheap side due to the options on the car. Maybe $21k?

To all those getting their undies up in a knot over the price, did you miss the part about the car being a 2005.5 with 50k mi that is OUT OF WARRANTY??? 2.0T A4s have held their value very well over the past six months. A4s advertised on autotrader today are selling for the exact same price as they were from Dec-Mar when I was looking for mine.

Don't worry, yours is 06 so it should last at least another 5 years ---> i'm sure by that time, you will be sitting in another car. Most Audi owners are like that Many of us have a lot of money and that's not me

50k on it, and not s-line, $19,000 is a fair price.

    I just got a 06 2.0T Quattro S-line, fully loaded with 40k with $24,000.

Forgot to add it's a six speed stick and also has Sirius.

I actually think I already have a buyer at 19k, that is if I drive it up to Modesto.
