I don't know that they are, but I'm guessing they are. Once you figure in cost of the seats and the investment into the parts, and someone willing to do all the research into making them 100% compatible I just doubt anyone else has done it. But I could be completely wrong.
It will involve as I remember....
Both Seats (Obviously)
Driver and Passenger female seat belt receptacles
Occupancy sensor bladder and wiring (Which ties into the seat belt receptacle)
Wiring diagrams for the seats and car.

Not a whole lot of parts, but it was a 5 or 6 out of 10 in the difficulty scale, only because you have to make heads or tails of the the wiring diagrams which wasn't the easiest task.
Also at my last checking the occupancy sensor bladder was on world wide back order, and was running $750.00 or so, maybe less. But this was months ago. Just so you are completely aware of what you are getting into.
