I purchased a certified used Audi A4 back in February from them. I did my research and found that I was getting a pretty good deal.

Everything went smooth until the day I signed the papers.

The manager assured me that I would get a recent grad discount for $1000 from audi so I put down a sizable deposit.

I come in to pick the car up and i'm told I don't qaulify because I make too much.

no big deal.... but now I HAVE to buy the car or eat the deposit.

I have perfect Credit :) teir 1 blah blah....

I had no idea about the 0.9% financing, didn't see any adds in the dealership... no adds online.

Sales manager tells me he can get me 2.9%, which was still 2 points lower then my best bank.

Doesn't tell me about the 0.9%.... dealership pockets the 2% hike.


Now's here is where they show their real colors...

I ask for two things to be replaced on the car prior to delivery. I was told yes and the parts were put on an IOU.

Parts are back ordered (supposedly) and I was told I would get a call when they came in.

2 weeks goes by, no call.

4 weeks, no call... so I call salesman, get no answer, left message, no call back.

ANOTHER 4 weeks passes I called at least once a week, no call back. I call the sales manager, he assures me he will call within an week with my parts in hand.

Another 4 weeks pass, I call and talk to the other sales manager. He promises the same, then ignores my calls.

It's now June and my patience has run out.

I call the owner, not once, but twice.

Second voicemail promises civil litigation if the parts are not procurred.

2 days later I have the parts in hand.

NEVER will I buy from them again.

haha, a little shameless in-company promotion ...seriously though, i had my timing belt done there and everything went great. they recently signed a deal with stasis too. so you can go there to get your big brakes and coilovers!

I went to them about my sat radio not working, they were not able to fix it because the dealer I bought the radio from fucked me and swapped radios from a different car but that wasn't their fault, overall I was happy with them they called me back quickly and tried their best to help me out. I guess it's only normal to receive different service.

I walked in there to buy a new 2007 S4 last summer but no one helped me considering im pretty young, so i bought the car at IRA in Danvers the next day. The day I bought the S4 I drove it through the parking lot and watched as all the salesman looked at my car knowing that they had seen me in a couple days before. A bunch of a-holes there, ive only seen one cool salesman there and that was 2 years ago, i talked about audis with him for like an hour. I would never bring business or send business to them in the future.
Sorry to hear about your experience also, yours is quite more significant than mine though.

my mom's best friend's husband went into a Benz dealership 10 years ago to buy a Benz S class. no one helped him for half an hour. then finally a sale guy came but was a d*ck. he walked away next day bought at another dealership and drove a sparkling new benz back to the old dealership. the sales manager asked, why didn't you buy from us. he said,"I wasn't treated right." manager asked who, he pointed at that sales person, the manager went back and fired that sales person. haha

back on topic, I thought audi of Nashua is ok. I had my alignment done there and they were good with it.

ohhh the headaches/problems/assholes i used to deal with there. just awful check out audi of stratham, dunno bout sales there, but nick and rick in service are great

lakes region vw/audi is just as bad, you can walk around for an hour and if you do find someone to talk to they just rush you off like they have better shit to do. don't even bother calling the parts dept, the one time you get a human at the parts counter out of ten calls they will tell you they are busy and will get back to you and you will never hear from them again no matter what you do.

Yup, I got completely ripped off by them on my car, however, I'm more or less over it. They pretty much wore me down until closing time on a friday night and assured me someone would probably be in the next morning and snatch the car up. Being tired, hungry, and just wanting to leave (my first time car shopping) I just signed it and said to hell with it. The car is beautiful and I don't regret it one bit regardless of how much I paid, but the other dealerships I shopped around at were much nicer. I probably wouldn't buy there again.

thanks for the heads up guys. I will never go to Nashua audi again although they are so close to where I work. I will drive to Strahan when I need
