Folding seat stuck

Looks like one of my seats wont fold down. The key unlocks the lock(I can hear it click) and the knob moves, but the red tab in the back doesn't come up and the seat doesn't fold down.

Any thoughts?

It you are sure it is in the unlock position, then just yank on the lever push the seat IN and then yack it out. I had to do it yesterday, took me like 3 tries or so

its broke, mine broke too, went to the dealer and they said that most of em are faulty.
