I had the sides of the hood painted for under $200, I don't think it would cost more than $300-400 to have the whole hood painted

Are the headlights HID's and how much shipping to 98683 and will they plug and play for a 99 B5 A4?

these are the HID projector units and yes, as far as I know, they should fit a '99 A4
