locked key and Audi roadside assistance !!1

Ok so last nite i locked my self out my car by leaving key in my trunk.Since i was 200miles away from my house i abviosuly coud't just get a spare so i called an Audi roadsite assistance they send out this guy who litery did't know shit. He was asking me where is a trunk button for the car and button to open a car(you know this button that opens all the doors) So they send out a guy to work on my a4 that those not abviously know anythink about a car definitly not expected since he was send out by a Audi roadside. So he started to work on my car by bending out a driver’s window putting wedges and other staff and then he started reaching to a release trunk button with a long metal rod and from time to time trying to pull door handle with the same rod. (he didn’t tried to press open all door button with seems easy) so after watching him for some time and getting frustrated by seeing how he worked on my car (not gentle at all) my friend asked if he can give it a tried Audi technician replied "Be my guest" My friend managed to get the door open literally in like 2 minutes(By puling door handle with a rod) while other guy couldn’t do in like 40min. Iam convinced that audi has send out a guy that never worked on any of our cars woho go audi roadside assistance. I really value my car and take great care of it I thought that audi roadside would do too. I expected audi to send some guy with machine that would open my door by making a new key or something. Instead i was left with this!! My car was in like new condition i only had some scratches on my rims other than that LIKE NEW no dents no nothing. I called audi right away to make a claim but claim department is closed on Sundays so i will give them a call tomorrow
ohh and top of all this guy never checked my ID!!!!!!!!! he would trie to open it for anybody!!

at first he was not around. Besides its not like he opens cars for a living he tried for fun.

that is garbage man, i remember locking my keys in my first car (96 impala ss) and was in the same boat as you. check your door because i remember seeing mine bent out a little/no longer flush after using the wedge. good luck with your claim

Apparently your Audi roadside assistance is provided by a generic third-party vendor and that is why he didn't know s**t about what he was doing. One would think that in Chicago there would be vendors for this with technicians that know how to deal with German cars. That's too bad, I'd seek compensation or repair for the damage he did.

Awwww heck no. As soon as I heard/saw any damage occur, I would have stopped him and called them again. They F'd up your car!! Hope they fix it for you. Keep us updated.

Yeah i know but you see this happened at 2am in highland wi. In the middle of the campground. It was dark i did't see shit till the next day.

i called audi road side. They are suppouse to forward my claim to diffreant department and give me a call in couple days.
