Help with drivers window?

My drivers window won't work. All others will, but only from the drivers control switches (not from the individual door switches). When I hook up my VAG-COM, it tells me that it can't communicate with the window controllers. So my questions are: Is this a Short Circuit? A bad drivers window controller? Or, maybe a bad Comfort System Controller? (I've changed the switches, didn't help). Any and all advice/opinions would be appreciated. Thanks, Dean

sounds like its the control module if vag-com cant communicate with them
