Hello everyone,
Im just gauging some interest in an air to water intercooler setup i have laying around. It was put together by GenX/GenerationJDM. It is two air/water cores that mount into the stock locations, a heat exchanger that mounts like a front mount i/c, the pump, a water regulator, the reservoir and every line and fitting you need. Also come with the slicone couplers to hook everything up. It is a complete kit.
This is almost exactly the setup that AWE Tuning used on their silver bullet car with great result. The cores are spearco air/water cores. This setup is rated at 400 horsepower per side so its good for about 800 crank horsepower at maximum efficiency. You can actually bring air temps below ambient with a kit like this by adding ice to the water. And of course, lower air temps equals more power.
If anyone is truly interested in an out of the box setup like this please feel free to get i contact with me about it and we can work out a deal. I paid, after everything considered for this kit, about 1500 but will work out a more than fair deal for the kit.
