    alright my check engine light came on and the code was P1392. it said the camshaft postion sensor was open. what does this mean and how does it effect my drivability?

    A friend of mine just threw that on her S4. Turned out to be the Cam Chain Tensioner. Not a fun fix if thats what it is. I don't know for sure, but I think the CPS is easy to replace if you need to.
