All those speckles are from highway debris (ie dirt trucks). As suggested, you would have to have it buffed out with a glass polish like our 1Z Glas Polish and a rotary at 1200-1500 RPMs with a fine wool pad.

Applying with a DA, minimum of speed 6, Glas Polish and a coarse cutting pad may help.

Where is this?? All I see in the link is glass fluid and cleaner, no polish...
