Just bought these ligths for the RS4

they are not factory but I think they will look great especially on my RS4 widebody. I also got a set of Stock S4 lights too...

alright, put regular tails on ur car, sell those rice ones back on ebay..and swap your wheels please...thank you very much..and to be honest a b5 debadged is the best way to go.

so the engine and interior was changed? imo its not an rs4 so puttin an rs4 badge on it isnt right but your car will look gorgeous with stock tails, better rims, and better tips. is it me but your tips look mad weird and out of place

Yeah I would keep the stock s4 tails. they look alot cleaner.

Now if you want to do something a little different you could think about tinting the white/clear part on the stock s4 tail.

Not my car but I think it looks good. 20% tint btw

I dont know I just think the stock tails looks so good. Its one of the reasons I love the b5s so much they just flow so well. I mean if you like the tails get them cause its your car do what you want but to me and I know alot of other ppl on here they just arent for us.

I dont think they are rice.. They look better in person then on the forums. I would never put them on my car but thats just me.. Try the Euro S4 tail lights also.. They look good.

and to say it looks way better then a stock s4 sedan is strictly prefferance.. I like the narrow body better for the sedan on most setups.. . Its widebody and thats the only thing that makes it any different.

Its your car but I do agree the RS4 badge thing is gay. Do you have a rs4 Motor, trans and rear?? THAT would be the only way I could understand the badge, or possibly justify it, but Im doubting you do.

Also, if your going to up talk the widebody and RS4 conversation like you do.. Atleast get those cheddar looking wheels off and put on some baller wheels.

Agreed. It's like "M" badges on a 328i..nice car, but M3 it is not..But it's his car so if he can take the heat he gets from some for the RS4 stuff on an S4..well, whatever..

Not quite. IIRC, the car still has KO3's and is mostly stock except for the widebody conversion, PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong. It sat in the 2Bennett parking lot here in Davis for a while. I guess whoever did the widebody conversion ran out of cash and never got around to the engine compartment. It's still a sick car nonetheless. Keep the stock tails, tint them and lose the badge. . my vote. The car doesn't need anything else to make it different, it has a OEM widebody conversion for gawd's sake!

there is no real difference in the trans nothing worth bying it for.... i have reacaros in my s4 and have every rs4 motor part... rs4 b7 steering wheel ect ect so if i did the widebody you better believe i would put the rs4 badge on it

Lol seriously?? the gearing in an RS4 is different then an S4. You need both the trans and the rear to do this. Also, im pretty sure the synchros are also beefer (could be wrong).

Im proud that you have the b7rs4 steering wheel?? lol Do you have an avant? do you have the cf trim? the recaro front and rear seats? the aluminum mirror's? the rs4 gauges? the shift boot? shift knob? every last rs4 engine piece? rs4 motor? have all of that??? maybe even right hand drive? good! its still not an RS4.. I just dont see the point in putting the rs4 badge on it.. Its so tacky.

I say put the lights on and see how you like it, and if you don't put on the stock ones that you've got. I don't think they're rice at all, and they're unique.

I personally would take off the RS4 badge, but it's your car. The only way I'd put an RS4 badge on my car is if I had a fully converted avant.

RS4 and S4 are similarly geared.

Final drive for both are the same @ 4.11:1.
