Steering Wheel and Instrument Cluster Codes

Guys, I need your help...

I just came back from the Audi dealer after paying them $110 dollars to replace my wiper stalk to find out that my DIS is still not cycling through the different modes. At least now I know that the wiper stalk is working fine as the end buttons are working. When I press them during the initial message, it does cycle down to the "Miles to Empty" screen where it stays. The mechanic told me that my best bet is to get the codes for VAG-COM as it is probably a coding issue. Could any B6 A4 owner send me the RECODE codes for their 16-Steering Wheel and 17-Instrument Cluster. I figured I could try them to see if it works. I have tried a bunch with no success. I even got it to switch to km by accident.

Can anyone please help? I am just looking for the Software Codes. If you have a Cabriolet that would be even better, but I'm willing to try anyone's codes to get this damn DIS working.
