Would you buy Titanium pkg wheels from the dealer?? They are asking ~$470/wheel. I really want to put these on the car but I'm not sure if its the best idea at that price.

Way too much. If you're going to spend $2000 for wheels, get something better, otherwise look for some used ones in the classified section.
