The Shell near me, good chance that it runs out of regular gas near the end of the day when the prices are "relatively cheap".

I've had that happen at the Shell near me on occasion, in which I call/text everyone I know that requires premium.

Dubai is basically setting themselves up for the future, to become city for tourists, as when the oil ends, so will their current economy.

I've heard mixed things about Dubai from people - it's a love/hate thing.
