the FMIC is racetec.. just got it a few weeks ago

How was the install? I had one on my B5 and it was not the easiest...lots of trimming and moving of 2ndary air pump to fit piping, etc.

Certainly not a great fan of this car...
Reasons. Well, see:
In my opinion, the car should not have more than two main colours...
This one, has three...Red, Silver, and black...
Either do it Red-Black, or Red-Silver. Not Red-Silver-Black. It just doesnt match.

Other than not liking the red mask at all, which all of u like, that looks like a B6, if done however, the tailights should never be blackened...They are totally out of place...
(my favorite red one B7 is the one with the 19s Ultra)

I normally value your comments but I don't understand your reasoning here. I think this car looks immaculately done. She is planning on blacking out the grill and that will basically finish off this car. As for the color switching, I don't see the problems you do.

First of all there is no reason in being in agreement all the time...That is the beauty of a forum...
Secondly, I told you what my problem is...
Its not ok in my eye...It has way too many colours, three to be exact.
The black tails should really go, and the mask painted black as it was.
Then yes, it will look much better.
Not sure why I have to apologize everytime I dont like a car, when everyone else seems to die for it... I just said my opinion. I mean that is why the thread was opened in the first place, wasnt it...?
In my thread for instance, there are numerous positive comments, and some bad...What should I do...Ask them WHY WHY did u say that...?

I love everything but the grill insert... otherwise one of the better done cars i've seen yet! Rims are perfect and I even like the tail lights! The lip doesn't look too bad, even from that "bad" angle. From all other angles it's bad ass.

Aren't you the one with the National Forest in your back yard? These pics show off the red much better...

car still hasnt gone to the bodyshop..still waiting on my fuel pump and some other stuff. but then it will be getting a black out grill, roof and the trunk trim piece/audi rings on the back. so i think the colors will come together a bit more after that. wheels were also dropped off to be refinished yesterday just need to get to waterfest and then i can finally relax!
