ABS light?

On my 1999 Audi a4 the ABS light is on so I am assuming it needs something done with it. I'm curious what needs to be done... Would it be one certain thing or could it be many different things? Also what amount am I looking at in order to fix it/repair? Thanks

Could be the ABS module. I dk how much those cost but i know it is a problem on the b5.

i have mine come on with my brake light and it would beep at me idk if this is the same thing you are experiencing but i just have to replace my brake pads they were worn down to the point where the sensor cable fell out and it confused the system i guess but the problem is gone now
