I would like to get some personal opinions on who makes the better snub mount? I plan on buying one w/in a few weeks. Thanks guys!

Make sure that it's the same color as the stock one. After that last snub thread, it's probably the most important factor in snubs.

well the stock is some brown color and i do not think anyone sells a brown aftermarket snub. the ecs one is black and looks oe enough. ive heard a few stories of the apr snub cracking

You can buy mine. Never installed and bought from ECS. Its black.

Some member got a hairline fracture in his block (or something broke in the engine) and AOA blamed it on the snub. Something like 21k in damages. Search for it on this forum. It was just posted several weeks ago.

Are you kidding about the fracture in the block? I bought an APR snub mount and it actually shattered into a couple pieces and I'm working on getting it replaced asap. Is this really a common occurrence? I'm well over a hundred thousand miles and very out of warranty. Can anyone that has had this happened with the APR snub contact me so I can compile a couple stories like this to bring in to APR, they claimed they'd never even heard of such a thing happening.
