Damn seatbelt tension gave!!!(i searched no answer)

So i tried to put my seatbelt on today and usually it would retract a bit but it didint so i pulled & pulled and nothing. Then i decided to pull it all the way and see if it would whip back... Nothing (ps we can really accomidate a really fat person WOW.) Now i need a new seatbelt tensioner or whatever its called n e 1 know whats the part # name. Should i go ahead and install this myself or should i get the Stealership 2 do it? I do have the tools and the patience.

Are you still under extended warranty? Just take it to the dealership, that's what I did.

yeah, my back seat belt when i pull the seats downs locks up. I have to unbolt the seat belt to release the tension. I need to take it down , i have extended warranty.

You could just ask audi about the seat belt, they might just fix it because of safety and possiable lawsuit issues?

hrmm definitly call audi dealer, i dont know the warranty on seat belts but usually items like that they will goodwill if not under warranty due to high risk saftey issue.

i tried calling them & their answer "sorry sir u r out of warrentee, u mut put out of pocket" so does n e 1 have that part # & where i can purchase this. Thanks would appreciate.
