guy i bought my car from ran over a curb and pulled the bumper off.. the dealer he works at fixed it all to a solid tee, no broken clips, loose bumper, nothing.. only thing is, i guess they didnt get the passenger side headlight washer adjustment exactly on. sometimes it will go down, sometimes (mainly when driving) the nozzle portion hangs on my bumper and wont go down. you barely touch it and she goes right back down.
So how do i go about adjusting this.
